Cancellation policy: Saarathi is committed to providing the best service possible to all our clients. Often owing to demand, our counsellors are already assigned to as many clients as they can handle. As a result, other clients seeking help are usually kept on the waiting or cancellation list. Therefore, in case you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, providing proper notice of cancellation/reschedule will help us free the Saarathi (counsellor) to attend to other waiting clients. This way you also ensure that you don’t pay for a session that you missed.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by sending an email to info@ saarathi.org or by messaging your counsellor. We will respond either by phone or email confirming that your message was received and your appointment is cancelled/rescheduled. If you do not give this notice and do not show up for your appointment, it will be treated as having been utilized. Cancelling your appointment within 4 hours of your session time is considered a no-show.

If you have any questions regarding our Cancellation Policy please let us know. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
